Fees and project tax allocations
Before trading, check network fees, protocol fees, project tax, early anti-sniping fees and graduated-pool LP fees. Ordinary transfers have no project tax. Buy and sell project taxes are independently set at creation within 0–10% (0–1000 bps). They are fixed afterward. The contract's hard ceiling cannot be raised, and a deployment may impose a lower cap.
The protocol fee is 1% (100 bps) of the quote amount, both on the curve and through the official v4 trading path. It splits into 70% creator, 10% referral reserve and 20% platform. The platform portion splits into 80% for $ICAT buyback/disposal, 10% community and 10% team. Thus buybacks receive 16% of the protocol fee, equivalent to 0.16% of quote before integer rounding.
Referrers earn 40%, 70% or 100% of the referral reserve according to eligibility. Unearned referral allocation goes to the community; self-referrals earn no referral reward. Eligibility is priced at each fee event, without retroactive repricing. Contract events resolve integer rounding.
The following allocations total 100% of project tax:
| Purpose | Destination and access |
|---|---|
| Holder rewards | Rewards releases atomically fund an OKB stream in the token; holders claim accrued rights |
| CTO project treasury | The treasury address fixed at creation |
| Multiple wallets | Up to 16 distinct recipients, with internal shares totaling 100%; no duplicate treasury address |
| Buyback and disposal | A project buyback vault, followed by purchases and disposal of matured batches to dead |
Anyone may pay gas to invoke treasury/wallet dispatch, which pays only the fixed recipients. A recipient can also call the vault's claim(). Failed payments retain the recipient's entitlement. Buyback allocation requires a compatible release.
The project buyback target is fixed at creation: SELF, the bound ICAT (tICAT on this testnet), or a CUSTOM project token recognized by the same issuance Factory. CUSTOM does not admit arbitrary external tokens. Funding can accumulate while the target is ungraduated or its official pool/price observations are unavailable, without executing a purchase.
For quote base units G and project rate p, base fees are floor(G × (100+p) / 10000), protocol fees are floor(G × 100 / 10000), and project tax is the difference. Do not floor project tax independently and add it to protocol fees. Ordinary early buys additionally use the total-rate rule in Launch protection.
The graduated pool's 0.30% LP fee applies within the v4 swap, separately from contract fees. Adding percentages is not an exact execution quote. The V2 permanent lock provides no LP fee claim entry point.
