Draft / Testnet phase / To be reviewed by counsel before mainnet. This draft will be reviewed and updated before mainnet.
Image / Content Takedown
Effective date:
1. Scope and blockchain limits
Rights holders or authorized agents may request display restrictions for token pages, images, descriptions, social links or previews involving copyright, trademarks, impersonation or other unlawful content. The platform can stop displaying pages, images, descriptions and previews. We cannot delete on-chain names, symbols, tokens or transactions, or recall downloaded third-party copies, external caches or blockchain records.
2. Information required in a notice
Email your name or organization and contact details; identify the protected work or trademark and ownership; provide page URLs, full token addresses and chain IDs; describe the specific content and grounds; attach ownership evidence, registration details, original works or authorization; state that you are the rights holder or an authorized agent; state your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent or law; confirm that the information is accurate; and include an electronic or written signature. Submit only evidence needed for verification, never private keys or recovery phrases.
3. Review and handling
We review notices in order received, checking completeness, the rights basis and the identified content. We may ask for more evidence and, where appropriate and lawful, notify the creator or share necessary complaint details. Depending on findings and applicable requirements, we may retain display, restrict pages or media, or restore display after resolution. Consistent with token-media moderation, creator image changes, republication or replayed requests do not automatically restore restricted content; restoration requires separate administrative review. Current V2 local previews are not uploaded media. Actions are limited to display services actually provided.
4. Responsibility and email submission
False, malicious or materially inaccurate notices may harm others, and applicants are responsible under applicable law for their statements and resulting harm. Review does not replace a court’s determination of rights and carries no fixed response-time promise. Email info@interncats.com with a suggested subject of “Content takedown” and the token address. This page has no submission form.
