Law Enforcement Requests

1. Platform and capability limits
Interncats LLC provides a non-custodial software interface without holding user private keys or assets. We cannot freeze, transfer or reverse users’ on-chain assets or transactions. Within our control, we can assess requests for platform data or restrict platform display. This does not change blockchain state. The interface provider should not be treated as an asset custodian.
2. Limited information potentially held
Depending on features used and retention, we may hold X user IDs, optional usernames, follow verification, session and referral identity records, bound payout addresses, authorizations and rewards, transaction indexes, limited operational records and correspondence. Infrastructure may process IP and connection logs; availability depends on providers and retention. Current V2 images and descriptions are local previews, so the platform has no corresponding uploaded files to provide. Authorities can obtain public chain data directly. We do not guarantee possession of specific identity information, complete logs or real-world identity details.
3. Required request information
An authorized agency should provide its name and jurisdiction, officer name and role, verifiable official contact details, case reference, legal basis and valid legal process, relevant chain IDs, wallets, tokens, transactions or account identifiers, specific data categories and time range, relevance to the investigation, and any confidentiality or notification restrictions with their legal basis. Requests should be specific and proportionate. We may verify authenticity, authority and validity, seek clarification or challenge overbroad or inapplicable requests.
4. Emergency requests and preservation
For an imminent threat to a person, mark the email “Emergency law enforcement request” and explain the facts, urgency, information needed and legal basis, with an official channel that can be promptly verified. Preservation requests must identify the subject, data scope, period and applicable process. Preservation is distinct from disclosure and cannot restore data that no longer exists. We assess requests only where lawful and technically feasible, without guaranteeing continuous mailbox monitoring, fixed response times or possession of requested data. Contact local emergency services as well for immediate danger.
5. Email submission and user notice
Send requests from a verifiable official agency email to info@interncats.com with necessary legal process. Do not include unrelated sensitive material or wallet private keys. We assess disclosure against legal requirements, lawful confidentiality limits and user rights, and may notify affected users where appropriate and lawful. This page does not pre-accept requests from any jurisdiction or waive or designate formal service requirements.
